    Temperature can be adjusted for each individual room.

    Free for up to 4 people per session for up to 1 hour.
  • Regarding room cleaning
    The robot can clean once a week.
  • Parking Spaces
    Please contact us for parking space rental.
  • Can it be used for a short period of time?
    Yes, even if it's just one day, that's fine.
  • Can I enter and leave the ALBC space 24 hours a day?
    Yes. It is possible.
  • Is furniture included?
    Yes, we provide all the furniture you need for your office.
  • Please tell me the costs involved when signing the contract.
    A two month deposit and one month rent are required.
  • How do I pay the rent?
    Please transfer the money to our designated bank account.
  • What are the reception service hours?
    Weekdays 9:00-18:00.
  • What kind of reception services are available?
    We will provide information to our visitors.
  • Is there a phone transfer available?
    Yes, it is possible, but it is a paid service.
  • Is it available on weekends?
    This will be decided after consultation.
  • Will meals be provided?
    Meals can also be provided for an additional fee.
  • Private room facilities
    All rooms are 13.2m² in size, have a south-facing balcony, and have wooden floors throughout. Taiwanese solid wood desk and three-drawer wagon Enter with a card or password Two telephone lines Shared kitchen and meeting room (registration required) available for use
  • Free Address
    You can choose between tatami seating or counter seating depending on your mood. A shared kitchen is also available.
  • Company Registration
    For  NT$ 36,000 per year, you can have official documents forwarded to a designated address for a fee.
  • Meeting Room Rental
    It costs NT$4,000 for four hours and is available to non-members.
  • Kitchen Rental
    NT$6,000 for 4 hours, non-members can use the facility. IH heaters, commercial dishwashers, and showers are available for use.

Close to the remote station, very friendly operatives, and an assistant at the entertainment station. There is only one floating kitchen, so when I think of Japanese cuisine, when I have a meeting with myself, Haha.
